Policy for Infringement of Copyrights

A. Virtual Bookmark users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others will have their accounts terminated.

B. Agent to receive take down notices: Robert Aragon

C. Procedure for receiving, reviewing, and acting on copyright infringements:

1. Copyright owner will identify infringing material to agent. The material must be taken down by the user within 24 hours after receiving email notification from the agent.
   
2. If this is not done within 24 hours, the agent will automatically take down the infringing material.
   
3. This will be followed by an email to the infringing user of the action taken.
   
4. If the user infringes upon the same copyright a second time, his account will be terminated.
   
5. User will receive a warning of all of these consequences when he first infringes.
